Laura is the driving force behind WiseMove’s lettings and property management services, supporting landlords across Widnes, Runcorn and Cheshire with a hands-on, proactive approach.
With extensive experience in the rental market, Laura specialises in full property management, from sourcing and referencing tenants to overseeing maintenance, compliance and day-to-day management. She prides herself on building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are not only well-managed, but well cared for.
Laura’s attention to detail and trusted network of local contractors means issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, minimising void periods and maximising returns for landlords.
